I am 300 pounds…and I have fat liver disease…I did this with out pausing….and my floor is dripping with sweat I am trying to fight to get my liver back on track…because I need to live for my little girl…my liver is in the yellow I am one step away from going in to cirrhosis…I want to live for her so thank you for making it easy for me…and being autistic it was very easy to follow…thank you thank you ❤I can’t wait to start dropping pounds

I’ve been watching you for years now, and I used to be able to do the high intensity workouts, but got out of staying active for a bit. I’m currently dealing with heart issues right now, and can’t do any kind of workouts that will make my heart go into palpitations. I started crying at the end of this, I was so happy I was able to make it through while getting a raise in heart rate, but not by too much. feels so good to sweat again, never knew how much I would miss it. Thank you so much for posting ❤

I love all your workouts! I do have a suggestion though, have you considered having an additional timer show how much of the workout has been completed. example.. 20% complete.

Hi Maddie! Letting you know that I tried one of your other beginner exercises after 2 years of not exercising, and it was super effective. It was very hard for me to do as is without taking longer breaks, so I took longer breaks than the ones in the video and I was so proud to finish all of it. It took me 3 days to recover from the muscle soreness in my hamstrings, but I knew that meant it was a great and effective exercise. Your beginner workouts are not easy but they allow us to become our best selves. You're the home workout Youtube channel that I TRUST! Thank you so much for your videos <3
BTW: this is my 2nd video and with longer breaks, I was able to do it all and not pass out hahaha! And I did an ab routine of yours right before it! So excited for the fitness journey!

EDIT: a month later I came to visit this video, and it's crazy how consistent workouts (at most 3 times a week to let my muscles rest) can do! I can't say this video was just a breeze but it was a lot easier for me to do, with no breaks and making it higher impact with my movements. I did end the video sweaty and with my heart rate up, but I'm ready for another video! I've consistently been doing your ab workouts incorporating dumbells alongside cardio and it changed the game for me. Thank you!
