I've used this routine since you posted it twice a week. Went from 5 push-ups against my counter to finally my first regular push-up yesterday. And I can finally keep up without having to give up at certain exercises. Always a good feeling after I'm done.

I started doing your workouts a year ago. I started and ended each one with 50 push-ups, and within 3 months, I was down 35lbs. I have been able to maintain my body and have seen such incredible results bro... this is so sustainable and it works!! God bless Chris!

Love, love, love your workouts! I am 69 year and started using your workout, they are definitely challenging, but I see results, even though it is difficult to grow muscle at this age.
Keep the videos coming, especially like this last one where you display the targeted muscle groups and the size of your weights.
