Tap in with us for 15 minutes of full body heat! This workout was designed to be fun, challenging and time efficient for people of all fitness levels. This routine is made up of 15 different strength/HIIT based movements that will also get your heart rate up for some quality fat burn. This is a solid workout to do daily and you can repeat it for a 30 minute session.
