15 Minute Full Body Strength X HIIT Workout (Low Impact / No Repeat / No Equipment)

Tap in with us for 15 minutes of full body heat! This workout was designed to be fun, challenging and time efficient for people of all fitness levels. This routine is made up of 15 different strength/HIIT based movements that will also get your heart rate up for some quality fat burn. This is a solid workout to do daily and you can repeat it for a 30 minute session. This is 15 minutes of non-stop movement so feel free to take breaks where you need it or pick up the intensity if its too easy. Give this workout a shot and let us know in the comments how you did!

Today is the day I realized how important the intro is ❤️ I’ve been training with Juice and Toya for 3 yrs now. But I’ve been really stressed lately . I really wasn’t feeling like working out but that “ Welcome bahhck bahhhck bahhcckk “😂 gets me all the time. I just end up clearing my space and next thing I’m working out.

I want to say thank you to both of you. I’ve had to make some lifestyle changes recently to become a better me, including intermittent fasting, watching what I eat, avoiding certain foods, and layering what I eat after a fast. I was exercising but not consistently. Now I get up every morning around 5 AM to do one of your workouts and it has been a huge game changer. It was the missing piece to the puzzle of what I needed to become a better me. Thank you so much for taking the time to make and post these videos.
