Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. YouTubers optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.

It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

Starting the 2024 Weight Loss Challenge today, hope I can keep it up ‘til the end of the challenge!

Day 1: My arms are so weak 😭 Plank-related exercises are truly challenging, my arms nearly give up. Luckily, i make it to the end. ❤

Day 2: Urg still so challenging 😭😭 I nearly give up but still try to finish everything (with 5 min warm up and the cooldown stretches)

Day 3: My fav zone today!!! I love lower body workouts so the whole set is wonderful for me ❤

Day 4: Coming back with this video, I feel better than how I did it in day 1! Love to see how far I get today!

Day 5: So far so good. I love doing execise more now.

Day 6 & 7: REST

Day 8: My sweat comes out alot! Love the whole set. Lost 5 kg already!

Day 9: Feeling much better and joyful during the workout! Love this!

Day 10: I do this video for today’s workout, feeling much more better!

Day 11: My core is getting better!

Day 12: I’m sick so I skipped some exercises, but still finish the whole set ❤

Day 13&14: REST

Day 15: comeback to this video’s workout, feeling great! -1kg!

Day 16: My arms are a bit stronger now, but the abs workouts are crazy! I did the Insane abs 1 min challenge too, a true challenge for real!

Day 17: My booty is going crazy! What an amazing set!

Day 18: My upper body’s strength really improves!!! -0.5 kg!

Day 19: A true HIIT day!!! My body is burningg!!!

DAY 20 & 21: REST

Day 22 - 25 are the bests days for real.

-7kg in total.
I just eat like normal, not even having a diet. Healthy food, not too much fried and oily food, not too much fat and sweets.

Start weight: 86 kilos.
✅DAY 1: Wow my body feels so much heavier than the last time I did this- but I love the lunges! My arms feel weak and I can't do pushups but maybe that's a goal. 😊
✅DAY 2: Arms are definitely my weakest part of my body!

DAY 4: Rest (I was travelling for two days! Planning to do the next 5 days now to catch up)
✅DAY 5: I love lunges and thoughg my legs are quite strong from running but *boy was I humbled*. Mental health was low today so I needed this. Looking forward to tomorrow! Weight: 85.7kg
✅ DAY 6: Done! Core felt stronger today.
✅ DAY 7: Second booty workout destroyed me 😅
✅ DAY 8: First workout: "I'm getting the hang of this!" Last 3 exercises of ab workout "Jesus save me 🥲"
Weight 83.75kg (I've swapped to a morning weigh in for consistency so think this is partially why it's a big drop!)

✅ DAY 15: I was working away but did this in my hotel room! I feel so good but I'm eating badly so nervous for the scales
✅ DAY 16: weight:83.1!!! A great full body and abs today, loved it. My mental health is feeling so much better these last two weeks ❤
✅ DAY 17: Chloe really designs these programmes with build up in mind. I absolutely SMASHED that HIIT but if you'd ask me day 1 I'd have cried.

✅DAY 19: WOOF Arms and abs - I feel strong!

✅DAY 23: Done - had a few extra rest days lately but glad to be on top of my workout!
✅ DAY 24: Hardest one yet (Day 22 of the official schedule) but I did it! 3 days to go!
Weight: 81.4 kilos (I've already dropped a Jean size!) 4.6kg (10lbs) lost in just over 3 weeks 😇

I've never completed a challenge but I will try my best this time .
Starting : 74 kg
Day 1 : Done ✅ I was exhausted
Day 2 : Done ✅ my body was sore but I did it
Day 3 : Done ✅ it was easier than day 1
Day 4 : ❌ couldn't do it I was sick
Day 5 : Done ✅ I was still sick and had no time but I managed and did it, so proud 🥺💃
Update :
Thank you so much for all the likes and comments, unfortunately I suffered from an infection from laser hair removal and had to stop working out for a few weeks till it's gone .
I will start over and keep you updated ☺️

struggled with weight, sought solutions. video's 25-day challenge caught my eye. started Episode One, intense full-body workout. 29 exercises, each 30 secs, with rests. modifications for intensity, progress emphasized. squats, planks, lunges—challenging but invigorating. health aspect crucial, mindful pace taken. appreciated encouragement to progress. looking forward to positive changes. 💪

Hi guys, its been a realllyyy long time, in 2022 i lost 13 kgs doing chloe’s workout.i am starting the summer shred challenge 2024
Current weight : 82 kg

Day 1: i was out of breath ✅
Day 2: my whole body is paining ✅
Day 3: kept up with the workout despite the pain
Day 4: the side planks are real deal ✅
Day 5: am beat.. so exhausted but feeling better ✅
Day 6: still body parts are paining ✅
Day 7: went to gym (leg day)

Its been really 1.5 years that i left doing chloe’s workout, regained all the weight i lost and its high time to restart again

I am writing this from a translator, I am Russian. I decided to lose weight through Chloe's workouts. I'm sure I can do this. I'm Korean, and I wrote this in a translator. I finished this challenge in 1/5~2/4! Last year, the one-month challenge took two months, and this time, I'm so happy to finish the 25-day challenge on the 30th!
I've been on a diet and exercising hard, but I gained 1.8kg from 48.7kg to 50.5kg. But from what I see as slimmer, I feel like I've gained more muscle and lost body fat! My goal is to do 10 challenges by 2024!

I had a baby six months ago and haven’t worked out since May 2023. This is PERFECT for getting back into it. Low impact, no weights, only 20 mins… this is exactly what I need as a beginner to working out again ❤

Got me shaking and sweating! So proud of myself for completing this set. Last year I abandoned my workout and meditation routines and just got lazy and bad which didn't help with my mental health at awll. This year, imma make it up to myself. 🎉

Arms :13' (no change), Thighs :26' (no change) Abs :34' (reduced 2' from 36') Butt :40' (reduced 1' from 41') WEIGHT : 65.2 KG (REDUCED 1.5 KG FROM 66.7 KG) Guys I'm very happy with my results.... you may think that 1.5 kg is low but for me, this is my first ever challenge and I did see results in my measurements too.
