I've been a Group Exercise Instructor for about 7 years now. Hit a plateau a couple months ago and was having a hard time motivating through it. Bullyjuice, you're the sh*t. The only TRUE no-equipment workouts I've found that keep me both excited, and in peak physical condition. From one Fitfam member to another. Thanks for the inspo my dude.

No one will see this but Bully I want you to know that you saved my Air Force career (insert Chair Force joke here). When I started I could only do 15 pushups in a minute and 15 situps in a minute, aka failing for the Air Force. Badly. After four weeks of your daily Level 1 and two weeks of your daily Level 2 I can do 45 of each, enough not only to pass but to get an EXCELLENT! THANK YOU!

You literally saved my career.

My wife and I have tried so many HIIT vids and we've never found anyone who's actually been able to motivate us. Bully, you've transformed us into people that WANT to do workouts rather than HAVE to! The calisthenics and body-weight sessions are worth their weight in gold! We ask our kids what time it is and they shout "Gym o'clock!" :-D Fair play mate, keep the videos coming!

I've struggled with blood pressure and cholesterol issues for the past few years. Started doing your workouts / meal preps roughly 6-7 weeks ago and I seriously feel the best I've ever felt. Went back to the doctor and my BP and cholesterol are finally under control. Plus, I can see my abs again! Wanted to truly thank you for doing what you do!

Yo, I have to say you’ve gone to another level with this one. I’m 47 and needed to start to get active again after a warning shot from my doctor. I’ve never been overweight, never smoked, drank heavily and always eaten well (no junk ever) so I became complacent about not taking regular exercise. A blood test for an unrelated issue flagged high sugar and cholesterol, which shocked me. So I did the first 30 day plan and was doubling up and adding extra workouts to push myself by the end. So I thought I’d give level 2 a try...and got my ass kicked, which was just what I needed. Complacency and over-confidence eliminated in 20 minutes flat. Thanks Bully. It will take a couple of weeks to get this one down but keep ‘em coming. Thanks to you I’m working out daily and probably in the best shape I’ve been in for 15 years, with still loads to do. Easily the best no-equip home workouts on the net by far.

Been doing this for two weeks with dieting. I am skinny fat and weighed 66.8kg I’m 64.4kg right now. My muscles are getting more and more defined but the abdominal and chest fat is still present although at a lesser extent than the beginning. I’m 22 years old 170cm tall and haven’t worked out since I was 17. Planning to reduce body fat to around 10% while building some good muscle and strength.

Been following your workouts for 2.5 months now. I am at the point now where I can keep up with your pace finally. The only thing that still gets me are the lunge jumps and mountain climbers lol. I am starting the 2nd level of the 30 day workout Tuesday. I can share results of the process if you want. LMK your email. This video is perfect for me - no talking, no bullshit, just get to the exercise. The guy doing it in the video is quietly supportive, has good physique and form, and most importantly (as a person getting back into fitness at a beginner level) it works the body in a nice 20 minute time frame.
