Thank you SO much for your no-equipment workouts. I'm a medical student and I work 15-hour days in the hospital, and with leaving for work and coming home while it's dark and having hours of studying to do each evening, your videos are the only way I squeeze a workout in. I love your variety of video lengths, intensity levels, and muscle group workouts. You are incredible and I'm so grateful for what you do!

I'm a 51yo guy who hasn't done much exercise lately. Started doing this about a week ago. Thanks a bunch. I feel like crap!! No but seriously, great workout for someone looking to get started doing SOMETHING. I really feel it and could hardly walk after my first attempt. Thanks for the video ;~)

8 weeks of regularly working out 15-40 minutes and finally was able to do the whole thing at this pace! Fantastic. You can do it too!

I have lost a total of 100 lbs in the last 6 years. I regularly workout, weight train, jump rope. I've hit a slump. I decided to try this video to help me get over this burnout. 4 days later I am STILL sore! This made me feel so good, felt every body part and it was only 20 minutes long. I feel like this is the step toward getting back to where I want to be. Thank you!

I love this one! Currently, 6.5 months pregnant, and lately I've gone down from 30 minutes of working out every 6 days to 20 & this was PERFECT for that! Would love to see a new one with weights.

I found this channel after my son was born 2 years ago and it’s been such a blessing! I Still do them daily and even, while pregnant again (some modifications required) and I still feel strong and healthy. Thanks Maddie for helping to change the mindset around working out! You’re encouragement and teaching style is tremendous!
