What I love about Nicole is she exudes a genuine love for movement. There’s no derogatory comments like “burn those calories!” I never feel pressured during your bodies. Your workouts are so personable and I find it so comforting when you let us know you’re feeling tired too, it makes it relatable!

This was the first pilates workout I ever tried. At first I could only do 5-10 minutes at a time before needing a break. But I stuck with it and found a little each day built strength incredibly quickly, After a week I could do a whole video. After a month my shape was completely different. The best thing is, because it improves the quality of every movement throughout your day, my metabolism has changed... permanently! If I take a long break I still find that my strength never depletes back to what it was before. Pilates has been life-changing for me and I can't believe it takes just 20 minutes a day, on my bedroom floor, for free!

I’m 52 and have been doing yoga most days for the past 8 months which has strengthened my core considerably. I’ve just started incorporating Nicole’s Pilates classes into my daily routine and I’m enjoying the challenge they provide. They make me sweat but are still gentle enough that they are enjoyable. I really like Nicole’s delivery and focus on strength with gentle encouragement. Thanks Nicole for providing these routines. You are beautiful to watch and listen to.

day 1: i did it slower and focussed on my form
day 2: felt it on my glutes
day 3: did the 35 min video
day 4: getting easier 👍
day 5: i feel stronger, sweating
day 6: ✅ always makes me sweat lol

I’m 15 and I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I’ve already noticed my body becoming more lean/slimmed! My body is much more toned and more tolerant with this workout now that I have some strength!!

i'm currently recovering from an eating disorder, and i struggle with exercising compulsively and exessively. this video was physically challenging and i appreciate the fact that you focused on the movements instead of on the calories burnt or saying stuff like "this is for the pizza/cake/whatever later!". it's really helpful and now i'm aiming to do pilates at least twice a week. thank you so much💌

I’ve been doing Nicole’s Pilates videos for a year or more. I try at least on the weekends, but this summer really worked on 3-4 times a week. I didn’t realize how much stronger I was becoming. Yesterday I was able to do 100 crunches, and I could have done more! My normal crunch limit was about 40. I feel so much better than before I started Pilates. Thank you Nicole for all the fantastic content!

this was one of the first workouts I did when I found Nicole's channel about 8 months ago and each time I'd skip the plank section because it was too much for my shoulders and wrists. About a month and half ago I started doing the workouts 5 days a week and today I finally made it through the plank section without giving up! Thank you so much for these workouts I'm getting much stronger and feel so much better in my body!!

I follow lots of workout instructors on YouTube, but for me, Nicole is the best. The way she talks through all of the moves is really what makes the difference. I can do the workout without having to constantly check to see what she’s doing, because she explains it so well. That means I get all the reps in, while she mentions how to breathe, and other small adjustments to get the most out of each move. I see and feel a difference after practicing with her videos. She is a gift!
