You are truly one of the best fitness instructor I've ever seen so far. I've started my fitness journey back in 2019, although my journey was with multiple instructors, truly you are the best one ever. I came across your channel at the beginning of this year 2024, and ever since then I've been doing your workout videos and everything! The results are truly insane. Hi Maddie, have depended on your workouts for years and love how inclusive/considerate to different situations they are. I would so appreciate an ankle-friendly workout! I am dying to get back to madfit workouts after a bad/recurrent ankle injury.

Just what i needed after recovering from an ankle injury. Couldn't do any exercises using my ankle/feet without reinjuring it for about 8 weeks. It's still sore and in pain, but working through it. This workout was good way to get back into it again. Thanks Maddie!
