I struggled. I sometimes took breaks. I sometimes did variations of the moves. I almost quit, but I DID NOT!!! 😀😀

If someone is taking break and can't do some exercises you are better than the other who are just watching video in bed and i now you can do it ✨consistency is a key ✨

Everything 1 min

Alternating toe touches wide stance
Jumping jacks + squat
Table top arm+ leg squeeze abs
Other side
Circle donkey kicks+ hold
Other side
Sit on one side and lift adductors
Other side
Reverse crunch meet in middle and crunch to your chest
Sit up to stand up and back down
Tricep push-up against a wall
Curtesy lunges
Wall push-ups
Up& downs w/ squat in between
10 mountain climbers+ burpee
Lunge+ kick
Other side
All fours leg lifts 4 pulses
4 Back raises + 4 feet raises/out
Reverse plank + knee to chest 30 sec
Plank + leg raises 30 sec
Repeat
Crunches in table top position
Up on your elbows 4 scissors + 4 side scissors
Plank up and downs side reaches

I hate at-home workouts but because all the gyms are closed, I had to find something. I can honestly say this video helped me feel the LOVED IT SO MUCH

This video lasts 20 minutes and it took me more than 40 minutes to do it, but I didn't give up and I finished it!! Thank you very much!!!

For several years, this very video was a recovery or light day workout for me. Today was the first day after a month or more without moving my body and by 15 minutes I was winded. I am working not to feel discouraged and grateful for this "moderate" but kicking-my-butt workout.

I am drenched in sweat. I thought at the beginning of this workout, “oh this is easy!” Then all of a sudden I was wanting to quit. I liked at one point how you said to smile and that I’ll feel good. It reminded me of my goals and I stuck with it the whole workout. Thanks for all these videos. They are changing my life.

I love these videos to the point.. I feel like I get a better work out doing these video them aimlessly walking around the gym then going home after 30 mins of cardio

That was tough, I struggled with the sit up to standing up, I had to have my legs crossed to do it. Also the one where you are on your elbows and your lift your legs alternately up and down and side to side, my back was killing in that one. Toughest workout yet Maddie!

It's really amazing how working out with Maddie can boost one's endurance. I started with this workout a few months ago during lockdown and I was SO DEAD after these 20mins then. Now I do it (almost) without breaking a sweat! Thanks a lot Maddie C:
