Yoga with you has been so pleasant. I’ve had extreme anxiety that sometimes put me in a hospital but since January I’ve been on a routine with you and I haven’t had an attack since. ❤️

omg, this is the first "morning yoga" video here on youtube winch i actually managed to follow from being to end.
It's super ADHD friendly because you don't stay silent until the next position. You give different directions and I have plenty of time to try them out to see what works best for me.

Yoga with you has been very helpful. I'm morbidly obese and trying to use yoga not only as a weight loss option but trying to keep my mind sane. Thoughts always run through my head and when I'm upset I find myself leaning to you for help.
It helps strengthen my core and helps me find inner peace. I can't thank you enough for the videos you make, today I really needed some yoga. Might do a second session with another 10 minute video of yours.
Since I have been doing yoga, I have gotten better and I still have long ways to go, but still you make me feel I can do anything plus do what I can and teach me to listen to my body.
