Wow What an incredible workout!! I love when people put up content that's easy to follow and very productive for your time ...not that this workout was easy I had to tap out a couple of times for a few seconds on a couple of the moves but I like being challenged ...well done! Brava!

DAMN! I loved the burn sm! Especially the one leg crunches really hit. And the Shoulder Taps at the end, DAMN! My abs are on fire!
