i prefer you to wrist roll other is not important beacause if you dont do any wrist warmup and do push up upto 1 to 2 month you will face injured i have also face it took complete 3 month to properly recover

Hey man ur physique is great but the only thing u need to do is to train ur upper chest and lats ( doing pull ups and chin ups will help )
