A little After pregnancy I started the 28 day challenge & lost 15 lbs within 2 months and I’m still continuing these workouts can’t recommend them enough I’m smaller now then pre pregnancy! It really works along with being in a calorie deficit 💪😊 I never get bored of the videos & i feel so much better after

1. gün / sadece esmene hareketlerinin 4. dakikasında gerçekten çok yoruldum. devam edemeyeceğimi düşündüm ama biraz daha devam edip videoyu durdurdum. yarın daha iyisini yapacağım☹️💖🫶🏻

2. gün / bu videoyu bitirebilidim durmadan ama 30 dakikalık 1. gün seansının ilk egzersizinde durdum ve bugünlük bu kadar. yarın 5 dakikalık ısınma + 1 videoyu yapabilirim umarım. aşırı derecede terliyorum ve dünden dolayı biraz bacak ağrım var. bu vücudumun yağ yaktığına işaret. omuz ağrılarım da var. ayrıca hareketleri kusursuz bir şekilde yapamıyorum. yarın görüşürüz.❤

3. gün/ bugün yine biraz ilerledim 6 dakika + 5 dakika ısınma. çok terledim ve vücudum ağrıyor. yarın 1. günü bitiremesem de yine daha fazla ilerleyeceğim. azar azar. her gün adımı sayımı da 1 tane olsa bile katlıyorum.
