Even if you don't work out that day, but this is a good 5 minutes to release stress and feel more light weight. Definitely going on my favorite to when I feel bored or just want to release some stress. Thank you so much dor for this! 😊

I always do your 5 mins warm up before school and your dance workout whenever I have time it really helps to stay somewhat healthy since I'm a really lazy person please don't ever stop doing these videos. Thank you so much u really helped me❤❤❤ other YouTube workout videos made me very insecure after seeing their intense workout videos.... Ur videos made me want to exercise and dance without being overly self conscious of myself so tysm.

Love this warm up! It’s a gentle warmup that doesn’t put stress on my muscles and joints after just waking up. Other work out videos with warms ups I end up getting hurt during the warm up bc they make the warm up the same level of movement as the workout.
