If you want to have your best strength workout, a proper warm-up should always be included! I've got a quick full-body warm-up that you can do before any resistance training session!

During our warm up we will focus on preparing the muscles for strength building and include ankle, hip, and shoulder mobility to ensure our joints are ready too! Properly getting your body ready and warm for a workout will help you give it your all from the very first set. A proper warmup will also help you prevent injury, prepare mentally for your training, and allow for a full range of motion through your exercises! Taking a few minutes before your workout will

These warmups were already great but the dogs in the background made them 10 times better. Dog moms are just way more reliable!!

Thank you for this routine! I made a mistake doing intense impact workout for 2 days and now I am going thru mild rhabdo😢. Its so diifficult. I never thought I would experience this. Such a struggle.I'm home and trying to do home remedies. Hope I would heal 🙏

I was having lower back pain today because my giant dog was in my bed last night and you know that dogs never move over 🙄 so I was worried about my workout today because of it, but this helped the pain go away completely thank you so much!
