Well, I took one of your workout calendars and made a whole Playlist. You have fun and push it to the max workouts but easy to follow. Time for this 53 year old man to drop the pounds and get the health back in order. Thank you for you dedication, fun and renjoyable workouts. Glad I am working out at home at 4:30 am. Don't want my family seeing me do the Dance Party workouts!
