You're changing my life, Ma'am. I saw myself in the mirror doing the jog move and I said to myself, "I'm becoming the person I promised I'd be", couldn't help but draw a lovely smile on my face and a shout of victory! I don't have weight difficulties, my struggle is mental and the workouts help A LOT.

I didn’t realize how important it is to warm up before an intense workout. I have incorporated this warmup everyday before my workouts and I feel amazing! I am able to last longer through the workout and even tend to want to do another. Thank you jo for all you do!

This warm up is my go to exercise for rest days, since I read you still have to be active during rest days. This is a nice fairly light exercise that still gets my heart rate pumping and my body sweating up a river. Love love love it

2 yrs back I lost weight as I was facing a downturn in life when my daily routine was just sleeping 3/4 of the day and being awake 1/4 of the time which naturally made me only have 1 meal a day..then I was feeling good for about 6mths and faced another downturn in life which led me to gain weight this time…I can’t remember when was the last time I even exercised so I decided to start with this warm up video today and I couldn’t even finish it in full..I took many breaks in between..It’s so sad how I’m only 25yrs old but my body state is in such a bad condition… but it’s just the start! Till the day I can do this warm up in full without any breaks!!

Need this warm up routine. I always do random stretches, etc., which are probably effective but, a routine I can always go back to will be much easier!

This 57 yr. old is loving the workout (I mean "warm-up")! It's honestly more of a workout than actual 50's ➕ workouts I've tried. It's also more FUN! I love the music, the cheery disposition and pace. No time to stop and think about how old I am!!😅

Good to put a mirror. We can see yr back/side view n get our own posture align properly as well. Showing "Next Move " is helpful too. Thank you !

Tried it. Felt like dying. Slowed it to 0.75. Can follow along. Wonders of technology. I hope this will help me get more consistent and that will help me get faster.

I knew the workout was gonna be 🔥 when I realized the warm up was a lot of the moves we usually do in the walks 😂 It is a great warm up!

I know that this is a slightly older video, but his is my workout routine for the beginning of the new year! I do this with one of your 10 minute torch videos and a 5 minute cool. down. It takes me about 30 minutes total and keeps me engaged in my workout (without getting bored). Thank you so much for these videos and for giving me the motivation I need to become healthy!

I do this one first thing in the morning, also got a friend I’ve never met in person and we do this workout on FaceTime together around 6am. Once I’m done with this one I’m ready and energized to workout some more.

Today was the first day I combined this warm-up routine along with one of the 20 min intense standing workouts and finished off with her cool-down routines! Let me tell you, I've never sweated so much in my life. I feel amazing even if I'm a little sore. 😅 Will try incorporating this to my morning workout and will figure out a nighttime workout routine. Wish me luck!

I just did it to be warm after I woke up, because I was freeezing. So I can confidently say it was also a perfect morning workout for when you just can't be bothered. I feel so much better just after these 10 minutes. Thank you so much Jo🥰🥳😍

Wow! Needed this warmup…Big Time! I’m 51 yrs old and need to work in my lower belly fat I struggle to maintain after 2 kids. But that was 21 years ago😣You rock Jo❣️
