Highly recommend this warm up. I have been running for years and experienced pain after running in different areas of the body. Since I am using this warm up and an improved stretching afterwards most of the pain has disappeared. Many thanks Tim

Bro is like the Bob Ross of warm up videos. I can’t explain it, but great tips and I hope it helps with my knee pain. I’ll give this a go today.

At the end of December I got the famous runner’s knee injury. Couldn’t run 4k without pain. I since started using this warm-up video and tonight, just two months later I ran my first, and almost pain-free half marathon distance! Thanks man!

Thanks Tim! That was great. I’m not running at the moment as I’m injured so just used it as a quick mobility session. It would be great to have a cycling warm up with some glute activations included too!
