Super quick and easy upper body warm up I always do before I train  💪🏼

All you need is a resistance band 📿

I do around 10-20 reps for each exercise and make sure to still acclimate properly when you're training!

Exercises:
- Dislocations
- Banded pull apart (overhand)
- Banded pull apart (underhand)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (external)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (internal)
- Banded rotator cuff rotations (90 degrees external)

My PT gave me the tip to roll up a towel and put it in my armpit for external rotations and it helped a ton!

Bro we literally have the same warm ups I love it. I add two more variations of pull aparts, one with hands rotated up and pulling it towards my chest at a 45 degree angle and pull aparts above my head, squeezing lats - this is good for push and pull days.

Resistance band just increases the tension on mid range
I tried it after watching you do it and my upper chest is fried and i was thinking to do the same with close grip bench and thank god I didn't 🥶

I can't believe everyone misses a really good one. Get the band and wrap it around each hand. Then stretch it out above you. It basically replicates hanging of a bar. I do it and it loosens up my whole back, especially lower back. I'm doing a temp office job and use it in between breaks.

I would recommend doing the rotate cuff movement after ur workout, followed by a lazy hang on a pull up bar. Mobilization of the shoulders is great, but weakening the cuff's prior to the workout is reducing ur stability strength.
Futher more if its chest day it stretches the chest a little which is more beneficial post workout. My 2 cent gl
