Morning Stretch | 10 Minute | At Home Pilates

Join me for a 10 minute morning stretch routine created to help you ease into your day by getting your body moving and feeling good. Using deep breathing along with gentle stretches and functional pilates movements you can use this on its own or as a pre exercise warm up before moving onto one of my other sessions. This practice is perfect for beginners, experienced pilates practitioners and anyone short on time or looking for a warm up before a longer deeper practice. You can also use this as a cool down post an intensive session when you need to unwind and relax. This session was filmed in real time with gentle background music and voice over to guide you.

That was really lovely, relaxing and effective! Almost hypnotic effect of your lovely grasses swaying in the breeze behind you - when you were on your side at the end, you liked like a mermaid at the bottom of the sea, swimming through underwater plants!👍🏻🐟🐠🐡🧜🏻‍♀️🌊🌊

Lovely Rachel. So effective. Used to go to a pliates class before lockdown. Found your class on you tube and have done a variety of your classes for Seniors. Just love them.
