Started crying. I haven't done anything for my physical well being in a very long time. First time back on the mat. I cried. I get so stressed. I always forget how much her videos are a safe place for me.

This was my first yoga session in a long time. I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues (in addition to trying to heal from trauma) & had no idea how much I needed this. I *did* cry not long after the video started & am still crying now. Thank you so much for your help. I will be sure to continue this & start reading my copy of Trauma Alchemy today!

This Yoga practice triggered some emotions in me, not healing, more like digging out what needs to be healed. I think I am not yet ready for that but it showed me what yoga can do and it showed me there is a lot to work on. Like you said, a lot of tension from the past. Thank you ❤

This was exactly what I needed this morning. Working so hard to break generational trauma takes a physical toll. This video really helps with the body aches and anxiety spiral

I've done yoga before, but never for trauma. I have PTSD and this opens another avenue for my healing journey. I am subscribing to this channel and plan to buy the book, Trauma Alchemy. Thanks for all of this.

Thank you Sarah. I have recently realised how I need to find a way to forgive. I don’t know if I’m able to do it yet but I like your analogy of putting the poison down as I certainly feel the effects of that slow drip feed of poison into me from carrying so much anger about the past.

I loved this video so much. Immediately started crying. I showed my dad this after I did the video and he got emotional too. Afterwards, my dad and I had such a bonding time with opening up and sharing our emotions together. Please make more videos like this one. Love you sarah and thank you for helping me and my dad !
