Ally I must let you know I'm only 10 years old and I have bad sleeping problems I get terrified when I go to sleep but you and your voice, it's just so calming and it's impossible to not be okay with your yoga nidra on. You really helped me! thank you Ally.

Yoga nidra has really changed my life (as long as I do it consistently). I have borderline personality disorder so I have a very difficult time, to say the least, controlling my emotions at times. This has really contributed to getting that in check and I couldn't be more grateful. I've listened for so long now that your voice has an almost Pavlovian effect on me. I hear "Hi, this is Ally" and I immediately feel my breath deepening and my heartrate slowing. Thank you so much for all that you do!

P.S. I would absolutely love to see a yoga nidra session centered around addiction and recovery if ever you're looking for ideas. 😉❤

Love this one!
I am a mum of my 18 month old daughter & i do your yoga nidra sessions when she naps. It helps re centre me so i can continue to look after her for the rest of the day, being patient & relaxed for her. The stressors of motherhood can be very overwhelming, but thank you ally for was acting as the solid rock & a grounding tool through these videos! xx

Hi Ally - I found your videos a few months ago by way of Dr. Huberman, and they quickly became a part of my daily practice. I use them occasionally for insomnia, but they're especially great for my midday nap! Lol

I feel like at this point, you've brought so many of us to the front of the pack. By that I mean: if we use as an indicator the many youtube channels that have cropped up recently, we may be witnessing (in real time) yoga nidra entering the collective consciousness as an important resource for health and well-being. Very exciting!
