Thank you Ally! Towards the end I felt like I was half sleeping and half awake. Now that I’m done, I feel rejuvenated! I do your practices after I study or whenever I have time and they really help me relax. Tbh I only watch you now because your voice is just the best 😂 Thank you for this!

As always, you are able to take me
to a wonderful state of relaxation. I found you when I was going through breast cancer treatment. My anxiety was keeping me from deep sleep and I would wake at 3-4am. Your videos either got me back to sleep or they took me out of my head and into deep states of relaxation. So important for healing! Thank you so much!!
