Dear Ally, your nidras are helping me immensely with sleep deprivation, anxiety and stresses connected to being a mom of two. I've been practising for almost a year and the only thing I regret is not knowing your channel earlier.

Exploring Yoga Nidra through this page has been the best thing thats happened to me in awhile. In January I had spine surgery that has made it difficult to do traditional yoga.
