I have been an inconsistent practitioner of regular yoga for around 15 years but I only discovered yoga nidra in the last year - where has this been all of my life ? This is incredible and thank you so much ! I lead a life full of work stress and family pressures and this is like a calm reset that brings me closer to how I want to be and how it is healthy to be.
