I've been practicing with you for 10 months now - today I had a new experience. At some point I started to feel a buzzing, tingling, energy flowing through my whole body and this sensation just stayed with me and kept energizing me. I'm still feeling all invigorated and happy right now. : )

I often struggle with insomnia. This particular nsdr practice saves my day when I don’t get enough sleep at night. I feel so invigorated afterwards. It’s been a year I’m practicing this a few days a week. I’m so grateful I found you.

This was the perfect duration for me today - so peaceful. I found the switched nasal breathing very interesting to try and did sense it some. Very peaceful. As ever Ally, your voice was so wonderfully calming. 🙏

I have MS. I've practiced yoga for years to manage my symptoms, but came to yoga nidra only a few months ago after reading about it. Yours was the page that came up when I first searched and I've been practicing several times a week since, always with you. Your voice is so calming.

My nervous system is always overstimulated with signals getting crossed and too many pain signals to process. This is the first thing I've found that actually can calm all of it and make me able to FEEL my whole body! I struggle to be totally 'in' my body, but these yoga nidra practices help me to do just that. It's exactly what I've been looking for forever. I was not expecting this. This was my first venture into Yoga Nidra. I struggle falling asleep, to unfocus really. One session of this and I sacked out so hard immediately afterwards. Drawing attention to each part of the body is really cool feeling. Thank you so much!
