Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR | 15 minute Yoga Nidra for relaxation, to cultivate ease and for deep rest. Yoga nidra is also known as non sleep deep rest (NSDR) and induces relaxation on all levels of your being. This 15 minute yoga nidra can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief.

Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 15 minute yogic sleep feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This guided meditation includes a short body scan meditation and breathwork. This nidra meditation is a guided relaxation that incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student of Ally Boothroyd at Sarovara Yoga.

I just finished watching huberman lab podcast on focus on ways to somewhay catch up if you did not get enough rest or sleep. I did not know that this method was the same technique they were using when i use to take this Les Mill class Body Flow!! I always felt energized after the session and we would do this at the end!

Definitely incorporating this in my routine!

ive been having trouble sleeping at night due to change in sleep timings. i could barely sleep for 3hrs which used to give me such severe headaches. ive been doing this since past 3 days and i fall asleep almost instantly & i dont feel fatigue anymore. thank you so much, this video almost saved my life.

Wow! That was incredibly relaxing! Thank you. I had just been on another yoga nidra channel and their video had 2 loud ads that popped up during the meditation. My nervous system was frazzled, so I found this video and hoped to calm myself. Thank you for relaxing me after that horrible experience.
