Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 12 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system. Dear Ally, I have a request. Could you make a longer recording with ocean sound in the background? I find that the combination of the sound of the sea and your voice and guidance has such soothing and rewinding effect on my nervous system, that I long for more of this 🥰. I have to rest 4 times a day about 18-20 minutes since July ‘20, for my recovery and I then always listen to your recordings. They have brought me so much, especially to lift me out of my panic attacks. Thank you so much for sharing your gift and loving support here on you tube. ❤️🙏

Thank you Ally! I’ve been having such anxiety the last few years from past traumas. My nervous system gets so activated during my workday and other times. When I pause to do one of your yoga Nidra’s, my brain can shut off. And many, many nights it helps me to fall asleep. Bless you! 🤗

Hi Ally. I just discovered you today and I am so grateful, I started crying immediately. I am currently experiencing a very difficult time in my life, a time of deep tiredness and at the same time restlessness. I haven’t been able to work, I am a physical therapist but my battery is so low I can’t even understand how tired I am. It is all so overwhelming. It is a mandatory pause on my life, a moment where I can obviously meet myself for the first time in my life. I have been doing yoga for years now, and I don’t feel any benefits right now from my practice, it’s like trying to fill an empty basket that has a big hole in it and it has been like this for quite a while I have realized. I just discovered now what yoga nidra is and boy do I need it!!!! I think I found something that can finally help me get better. I've been using the Sankalpa "I rest deeply to restore healing and balance to my life".
