This 20 Minute NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) is a Yoga Nidra-style Meditation. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind and nervous system. This guided yoga Nidra includes gentle binaural beats and soft piano to further soothe the whole nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation. Omg you are really doing beautiful stuff here. I have a TBI and after 4 years, I’m finally dealing with the fact that I will have some of these symptoms forever. I get tired so easily but cannot nap. This helps tremendously.
I’m able to get some rest and give my brain a break, while also caring for myself and giving my brain positive energy which helps in coping with my situation. Thank you so much🙏🏻
