Male Firefighter with PTSD, going through a heartbreaking divorce.

I forgot about your words and just flowed away on the breath of your speach. The waves in the background helped me find a warm beautiful spring day in my memories. 98% of my mind was in a trance. I had to use the other 2% to remember what a phone was find it and replay before the video was over. Laying on carpet with calves and feet resting above my heart in a soft chair. Entered a complete dream state of total bliss for a much needed moment in life. Thank you

I was introduced to NSDR by Huberman and Is tumbled across your page. It is now my go-to for NSDR sessions whether 10 minutes or 30 minutes! I get my days started very early. I workout around 5:30am for about an hour and after my breakfast and shower I just feel whooped! So i’ve been making it a daily ritual to do this after I get ready to leave the house and I just feel so dang good afterwards. so happy to have been introduced to the beauty of NSDR. Thank you Ally!

I suffer from chronic pain. I have been listening to your yoga nidra recordings to help calm my nervous system. Your voice is so calming and relaxing. I feel completely restored after listening to these recordings. They give me hope that one day, my brain will not send faulty signals to my nervous system any longer, and I will be pain free. Keep doing your wonderful work.

I introduced my 11 year old to Nidra using this session tonight - we lay next to each other in our little nest. She absolutely adored it “it was the creamiest sleep ever” and has floated off to bed on a cloud. Thank you! A perfect way to set her up for starting secondary school tomorrow ❤

Your help during this very difficult time for me is immense, I have severe restless leg syndrome and terrible insomnia which has made me depressed and caused anxiety but going through your lovely video talks the yoga nidra in your softly spoken calm way is helping me deal with things so much better than I was before. Just want to thank you for all you do. I am practicing nidra 1-2 times everyday. When I get up... in my car on my lunch break... after work... and it's helping enormously.
Former athlete (29) who's fallen ill with long covid and consequently developed PTSD 18 months ago. Slowly recovering and able to do more and more every month. It's a battle but your voice has been my guidance for many moons. Just hearing your voice puts me in a state of rest. I would love to do your training once I am able to financially. You have a gift and I won't stop raving about the impact this has made. I am a researcher so have been following a lot of the studies, just fantastic.
