My dog passed away 6 weeks ago and I’ve just not been able to practice, couldn’t sit with yoga or yoga nidra … 😢 then with this short session I’ve started back up last 4 days and feel so much better thank you Xxx

I heard about yoga Nidra from my sister who practices mindful meditation and yoga nidra on a regular basis. I found your YouTube videos yesterday and did a 20 minute one in the morning, and a 15 minute one with each of my kids before bed last night which helped them fall asleep faster than they have in years! I have been doing these practices for somewhere around a year right now, and it realy works for restfullnes and calming the mind. I have a very demanding job working in shifts, so it's really nice having some extra rest!
