Morning from the UK Coach Vigue, my daughter and I really appreciated the Kenny Bania reference - 'GOLD, Jerry!' Thoroughly enjoyed this stretch (yes I have already got the book😄). I wanted a Coach Vigue quotes T shirt - noteworthy ones being 'come on down', 'hope you like red sweatpants', 'pigeon. Popular pose, not very popular bird' and of course 'daylight on the groin'. Perhaps when you create new merchandise 😁

YES!! I've been using your yoga videos for my workout for over a year and it has been incredible. the 10 min videos are especially helpful because it feels more accessible and doable on busy/low energy days. sometimes i end up doing 2 because it just provides more flexibility and i can do them when taking a break from working as well!! thank youu!!
