Let's unwind with this simple and yummy evening yoga class for flexibility and relaxation.

Welcome everyone! I've got a great 20 minute grounding yoga class for you that's ideal to do at the end of the day to help prepare for sleep. We will move really slowly in and out of some full body stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation. This hatha class will help you stretch out your body from head to toe in a very relaxing way. There are no standing poses, only seated and reclined to help you unwind and slow things down.

This class is great for beginners and doesn't require any props. Do it after work or before going into bed to give your body a nice treat! A lovely bedtime yoga flow.

I LOVE your classes. And always feel so relaxed after the bedtime stretches. You're always so calm and clear with poses, absolutely love it!! I do find that when we do certain poses where my knee need to be over my ankle that mine isn't and I have to adjust it, is this normal and I'll get in right with time?
