Enjoy this short and sweet 20-minute Yin Yoga practice to stretch your full body. We will hold each posture for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. No props are needed.

This class is great for anytime of the day, whether you're just waking up in the morning, or you're looking to relax after a long day of work/school or after a vigorous workout. Remember, breathing is an important factor in Yin Yoga so throughout this entire practice make sure you're taking deep breaths in and long slow exhales out. This helps bring fresh oxygen to your muscles, organs and mind, and re-energizes your entire nervous system.

I hope you enjoy this shorter yin yoga class! Remember your practice does not need to be all or nothing. Today, I challenge you to adopt the “every little bit counts” mentality. Maybe the extent of your yoga practice today is holding child’s pose for 45 seconds, or simply watching your breath. Show up however you can. Every little bit counts. ♥️

Perfect! A lot of these YouTube yoga instructors are focusing on the posing but not being aware of their own state. They are not relaxed and you can hear and feel the nervous energy in their voice. But this girl is magic. The voice really helps soothe my stress and regulate my autonomic nervous system.

Oh I actually loved it so much right now. Before this I was little bit angry or annoyed, and now everything is gone. I feel so relaxed and I am so proud of myself, that I found a way out of my feelings (with your help 😋). So I am proud, that I didn't made drama with my family, and instead did this video.
