✨ Welcome to your 25 Min Full Body Yoga Stretch! This class will help you increase flexibility and mobility through dynamic, deep stretches and exercises. Using yoga poses, you will get a deep stretch in your hamstrings, hips, spine, neck and wrists!
💘 This class should be accessible to all levels, however I always encourage you to listen to your body. Take it slow, find the edge of your stretch without pushing yourself into pain or strain. If anything feels painful, come out of the stretch and breathe. See you on the mat!
