This is the 4th of your bursitis videos I have tried in the last month or so and they have helped tremendously. I am so appreciative that have done them! I have been working through bursitis in first one hip and then the other for over 2 years. I finally feel like I can get past it and start feeling normal again. And I have to say your videos are the easiest to follow yoga videos I have ever done and I have been practicing off and on for over 20 years. Excellent work Joelle!

Hi Joelle, I have been following all your hip bursitis routines and I really love them. Using yin yoga poses for the release and stretching of the hips is truly wonderful. I would love to have other longer (45-60 min) yin yoga sequences for release of hips, glutes and in general the entire body. I feel very safe following your channel considering I am 55 years old and have issues with my hips. Thanks!
