I’ve been doing this routine for about 8 weeks 4-5 times a week to deal with bursitis in my hip. The work has paid off and I have been pain free for a week. Just wanted to say thanks for posting this.

I found your videos after being given an exercise sheet from the doctor for hip bursitis. I’ve been doing one of your videos every day plus the yin yoga once a week for about 3 weeks, they have helped the pain so much, I am now comfortably walking 4 miles a day. Thank you so much.
