Your hip bursitis pain/IT Band practices have saved my mobility, my sanity, and my level of knee pain has diminished to almost zero. This is after searching for help over a year from a Dr, two physios, a massage therapist, as well as a visit to orthopedic surgeon. I am only 68 and normally very active; this past year has been a difficult journey. Thank you for your dedication to this life changing program.

I've been struggling for 2 months with pain in my hip and too concerned with covid to visit the doctor. After doing this routine just 3 times, my pain is almost completely gone. Wish I'd found you sooner. Guess it's time to buy a mat and continue to get myself introduced to yoga. Had no idea how wonderful it is. THANK YOU!

It’s been a year I’ve been struggling with hip bursitis and I’ve had 6 injections. After one week of using your video, I feel like my hips have strengthened (bridge) and the pain has lessened. It’s manageable and some days I have no pain. Thank you.

I’m not sure if I ever told you that I used to have a long term chronic hip pain which I thought I’ll have to live with for the rest of my life! Luckily, I found this video and started doing it daily to relieve my hip pain. Six months later, I just realized that my chronic hip pain was practically gone. I’ve continued to practice with you daily since! It’s been almost 4 yrs since that fateful day, thanks so much Joelle! I enjoyed practicing it today, it doesn’t get old 😊

My hip bursitis brought this 59 year old "tough guy" to tears. With daily icing, tens unit and your routine, I have seen amazing results. I really think your video has had the most impact. I have not missed a day in two weeks and don't intend to. I will check out your other videos.

It’s been a little over two months since I join this incredible community. I could not bend over without the sharp pain of perifomis syndrome. I’m now practicing at least 10 min once a day. I Sat. on my knees last week. Didn’t realize I was doing it. I started practicing yoga in 2007. I took a break honestly because studio life was going away from yoga for health. The key to this is doing something. Yoga is very kind. It doesn’t require a 30 min or hour commitment. 10 or 15 min can release a perifomis knot or soon shoulder pain. I’m so excited. I hope you are having great days. And yiya do the community

I don’t suffer from hip bursitis, but I do have arthritis in my left hip. The pain is usually something I can live with, and it has definitely improved since I started doing yoga daily a few years back. But I also feel so weak and tight in that hip and some poses like deer are so so so painful but I also feel like it’s necessary. This sequence definetely hit home. Will continue to so this one regularly, along with many other of your videos. Thanks for everything, Joëlle! 🥰

I’ve had hip bursitis since late last summer. Every time I’ve tried to stretch my hip including PT sessions I have had more pain the next day. I don’t have any pain the days after doing this routine. I think it’s the combination of my hip now being healed enough for this plus the addition of the strengthening exercises rather than only doing stretching. I also have trained myself not to sleep on my hip or in a way that stretches it. Thank you very much for this video. Thanks to you I feel like my hip issue is almost over and will not last over a year thankfully.
