Fantastic! I have copd, and I can't do lying exercises because lying down and moving takes my breath; however, I can do these! I have hip bursitis bilaterally, and I need something to help deal with the pain so I can sleep at night. I really appreciate that you show the exercises so well and describe them so thoroughly.
