Your supine and seated routines are great. I’ve done both all week to start my day and experience so much less hip pain. Now I feel like I really can get control of bursitis instead of fearing it.

This one really hurt. I guess I just wasn't ready for these movements. I went back to the supine for another week with the yin on Sunday. They are really making a difference! Thank you :)

I’m doing this every day hoping to relieve my right hip pain. I’ve had a cortisone shot which gave relief for only two months so this will be a miracle if it helps! I’ve upped my routine to at least two of your videos a day.

Since finding this video a day or two ago I have incorporated the funky side fold into my daily back stretches. I have spinal stenosis which in turn has caused bursitis in my left hip. These stretches have helped with chronic pain I've had for what feels like forever. Thank you so much! I need to check out the rest of the playlist.

I’ve suffered from hip pain for years and 2 weeks ago it resulted in accute greater trochanteric pain syndrome (GTPS) and couldn’t walk. I had one round of physio and started doing these sequences for hip pain and bursitis. They have helped so much! I do one every day and today did the exercises for lazy glutes on top. It gives so much relief. And it saves needing more physio therapy.Thank you Joelle.
