I'm on afternoons for 2wks so my son does the video and leaves a note about what he likes from the video. When I come home and do the video I then write my thoughts on the paper underneath his. I feel like we're penpals! It's a fun little addition to our practice. ❤ Namaste

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Expand Day - 25 is sweet. I am shocked I haven't come across this session before. I adore the yoga shorts. This session is refreshing and energizing and perfect before my 🏃🏿‍♀️ run. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋 ♥️🦋

I really liked today’s quickie, it includes Lizard, then I added 14 minutes of Yoga For Abdominal Wall to keep my strength up, a great mainly low to the ground practice for this senior yogi 😃👍 see you tomorrow on the mat Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💕
