I've just done all 3 of these asanas and I can't believe the difference. I still have a little pain but nothing like it was. I'll be doing them every day now. Thank you ❤️

Hii the asanas are very helpful can you please put a vedio 1.how to get into the posture 2.holding onto the posture 3.coming out of the posture..

This exercise has helped me to that extent which medicines and injections couldn’t. I was unable to bend or sit, had restless and painful nights, but thanks a ton ma’am for this video. On the very first day i got so much relief, and now its been a week I’m doing, i can now dance if needed

Please do a 30 days yoga practice of one hour for kyphosis (neck hump and forward neck) A lot of people is going to upper back pain because of bad posture
