I just found your channel last week and im SO glad i did. I haven’t done yoga in years and i have been meaning to get back into it for the longest time, but with starting a new job that is physically demanding in ways im not used to recently, ive never felt more stiff and crackly lol. That really pushed me to start doing a quick practice every morning and night and DAMN my body really needs it! Ive lost so much flexibility but ive been loving how approachable and careful your videos are and ive been LOVING how these sessions are making me feel. Physically and mentally. THANK YOU!!!
