From foot to crown we take ten minutes on the mat to stretch, connect, and release tension. This is your new go to yoga practice for when you are short on time or needing solid motivation. Ten minutes a day is better than zero minutes a day and can be as effective as a longer session. This one is designed to leave you feeling more open and relaxed, while not too sleepy to engage in your day! It’s the perfect little ten minute session if you ask me.

Hi Adriene, I used to watch your videos everyday. I've recently had a bout with mental health issues, and this is the first video of yours I've done in what feels like so long. So happy this showed up for me today.. I lost 50 lbs 5 years ago doing yoga with Adriene every day. Now, life has happened and I’m trying to lose some of that again. You always make it worthwhile. Not easy, but intentional and worthwhile. I struggled with this today but my ending thought was I can conquer this one day at a time. ❤️ Thank you for the joy today.

I just thought about a little yoga stretch, cause I'm super sour from a workout yesterday ( and can't keep up with the YWA Calender the first time this year ) So I was hoping to find something exactly like that. Thanks Adriene for reading my mind, exactly when I needed it 😉 ❤

Brilliant little practice, I love it when we get a short, and sweet practice like this. It's nice to have the long yoga practices, but I do think the short ones are just as powerful, if not slightly more. adriene, i wanna say thankyou so much for what you do. i discovered your channel about a year ago when my psychology teacher was having the class do a quick video of yours, to study how it made us feel mentally/physically before vs after. i have scoliosis and i remember being in a considerable amount of pain that day, but even just that 5 minute video had me feeling greatly relieved. since then i have been doing yoga through your videos atleast a few times a week, and i cannot express how much it has helped me in life. i wish you nothing but blessings upon blessings for all the pain youve helped me and millions of others to alleviate, namaste.

I had a TIA two weeks ago but I haven’t given up on my meditation 🧘‍♀️ and yoga. I do my own yoga regime and I always do a yoga challenge 30 days with Adriene. I absolutely love it . I’m 71 years old and I was in my wheelchair for a year I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and I have had 15 surgeries. I have only been practicing meditation 🧘‍♀️ and yoga 🧘‍♀️ for 4 and a half years now but I absolutely love it and what it’s done for my body is incredible. I put so much weight on when I couldn’t do anything I couldn’t even dress myself I had to lose weight to get my 13th surgery and I lost 4st 10lbs and then I got that surgery and began to move again. I have lost 8st and been at goal 4 years 10 months and now have a beautiful amazing life. I’m self taught in my yoga but when I started doing yoga challenges with Adriene then I realised I was good 👍
