Hey, y'all! Today's video is a 5 minute STANDING YOGA practice. This is a practice you can do if you just need a quick stretch without having to get on the ground. It's a nice hip opener as well. This was a bit intense hip opener exercise however I liked it. It challenged how strong my legs and/or hips were. My legs felt stronger after doing it. Thanks for the video, Nico. Nice day to you.

yay thank you for this! i've been wanting to get back in to stretching and struggle with doing it by myself, accountability factor and what not. during the day it's difficult for me to make time to stretch and im glad this wasn't too long that it wasn't intimidating :) did right before laying down for the night!
