Hey Hey!! Try this 5 minute standing Yoga sequence when you are short on time, and still want to get in a little movement and peace of mind. This can be done on your lunch break, before a zoom meeting/class (especially good for teachers or students during a break) It's a quick pick me up and also a great sequence to smooth out your energy after a crazy day, or before starting a potential crazy day! No Yoga mat required, and shoes on is totally fine, just kick off your heals if your wearing any : ) Thanks for watching!
