i barely ever comment on youtube videos but i have to on this one because it's so amazing. i loved the elements and how every area of the body got involved, i feel so calm and energised at the same time. also loved how you were reassuring us that we can bend our knees further if we need to etc. i often find myself feeling frustrated with yoga videos because i'm not able to do certain elements but i felt so accepted during your video. thank you so much, i will do this on a regular basis during my finals🤍
