Stretching not only helps your muscles warm up and recover from workouts, and reduce your risk of injury, but it also helps posture, blood flow and mobility. I encourage my private clients to focus on fitting in short stretch breaks throughout their days to beat stiff, aches and pains. Consistency is KEY and the more frequent you can move your body, the better you will feel in it.

I'm 27 but my body feels ancient. I have scoliosis and had a spinal fusion as a kid. I worked as a stonemason, then joined the Army at 17, and have thru hiked the 2, 000+ mile Appalachian Trail. I desperately need to work on my mobility - today was day 1. Thanks for the stretch, coach!

Thanks so much for this great video. Getting on the floor is super painful on my knees so I try to do standing workouts. I love that this gets my whole body thoroughly without making me climb down on the floor.
