I haven't done a standing yoga routine in ages. This was the perfect re-introduction. Also just ideal when you're strapped for time but you want to squeeze in some activity.

I can't remember the persons name but what they said is true: yoga is like a martial art you perform against your self. Im new to yoga but it has been humbling me body and mind.

Thank you for sharing this! It’s time for my Friday evening practice & this’ll be the perfect warm up for it! I’m actually gonna pair this with a few of your other sessions. I’m thinking of using a ground practice, this, & maybe a short neck & shoulder focus class. Needed me some Bird today! lol
