Basic Standing Yoga Practice | 5 Minutes

Hey y'all! Today's upload is a BASIC 5 MINUTE STANDING YOGA practice. This video is great if you need a quick stretch, but don't feel like getting up and down off the ground. You can literally do this stretch while standing in your living room, like I did! You don't even need to use a yoga mat, you can do these poses without one. This practice can also be useful for a pre or post workout stretch that you can do in the gym without having to lay on the floor of the gym. I tried to make this practice quick, effective, and easy for most. As always, when doing any yoga practice, listen to your body and come out of any poses that are too painful or uncomfortable.
